UX Designer & Game Designer
My name is Jaime Cibran, and I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in UX (User Experience) at UDIT . Through this program, I am deepening my understanding of how users interact with digital products and how to create intuitive, engaging, and meaningful experiences.
Before specializing in UX, I worked for over two years as a Game Designer in the video game industry. This experience strengthened my ability to conceptualize, prototype, and iterate on interactive systems with a strong focus on user engagement and experience — skills that naturally complement my UX training.
I am passionate about design in all its forms — from the first conception of an idea to detailed documentation and early prototyping. I have solid experience using Unity to bring ideas to life and test proposed mechanics.
My main areas of interest are mechanics design and level design, where I have developed strong expertise through various projects. Additionally, I have experience as a Gameplay Designer, working on core mechanic conception, documentation, and prototyping.

Contact CVFeelsteps is a student project developed as part of a UX Master’s program. The goal of the project was to help alleviate feelings of loneliness and frustration experienced by foreigners who have recently moved to a new country.
The app features a calendar section where users can view and create tasks related to their relocation process. After completing a task, the app asks users about their emotional state. If it detects negative emotions, it responds by encouraging users to engage in activities designed to lift their mood and improve their well-being.

I have worked on a project within the Blackmouth games company in the development of Domenation .
Survive the Destroyer Pulse, find refuge in the Domes and defeat all the players in this Battle Royale Shooter for up to 42 players. More information will be available soon.
Major Task:
Documentation of core game mechanics
General balancing of all game mechanic
Prototyping and implementing important features of the game

More infoTallest Tree is a 2D platform game for mobile devices where the player has to fly to the goal while avoiding the obstacles that are in the way.
Additionally, by collecting Pinecones at the end of each levels, the player can contribute planting trees in the real world.
Major Task:
Level creation using the internal editor, from its initial phase to its final state.
Balance the flow of the game regarding difficulty and content of the levels.
Creation of smaller level modules for infinite mode.
Balance the difficulty of the infinite mode.

I have worked on a project within the Tessera Studios company in the development of Star Trek Prodigy.This game will be available in PS4, Xbox, Switch and PC .
